Beginnings of Beads and Bling

Beads and Bling opened for business in November 08′. We are an online store selling fashion jewellery, wedding jewellery, gifts and handbags with free P&P on all UK orders.
Setting up the business has been a huge personal achievement for me. I have Cerebral Palsy and found gaining employment was becoming a struggle, I was beginning to think potential employers were looking at my disabilities rather than my abilities. Going out and meeting with potential funders, and the chance to complete a New Entrepreneur Scholarship at Durham University, all gave me the confidence to believe my business could succeed.
I have now achieved what I set out to do, I have financial security, personal freedom to run my business as I choose, and the ability to show other disabled people it really is possible to achieve a dream with the right attitude and help.
